Workflow

From cloud waste to verified savings

The missing last mile across AWS, Azure, and GCP: action, accountability, and proof—not another cost dashboard.

  1. Step 1

    Connect AWS, Azure, or GCP

AWS: access keys, temporary credentials, or a cross-account IAM role. Azure: service principal with Reader + Cost Management Reader. GCP: service account JSON with Viewer + BigQuery access on your billing export. Secrets are encrypted at rest. Plans set per-cloud quotas plus an overall connection pool.

  2. Step 2

    Scan for waste

AWS: idle EC2, unattached EBS, oversized RDS, NAT, EIPs, and more. Azure: idle VMs, unattached managed disks, unused public IPs via Resource Graph. GCP: stopped GCE VMs, unattached Persistent Disks, reserved static IPs, old snapshots, stopped Cloud SQL.

  3. Step 3

    Sync cloud costs

Pull month-to-date spend from AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, and GCP BigQuery billing export. The Services page shows what each service costs and how much you can still save—in your display currency.

  4. Step 4

Assign owners and work the pipeline

Each finding maps to team, project, and environment. Approve, reject with a reason, mark in progress, then fixed—search and multi-filter the Actions board across all connected clouds.

  5. Step 5

Verify savings and see net profit

After a fix, we refresh spend metrics and mark verified only when spend drops. Savings shows verified monthly savings minus your plan cost so you know the net win across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Slack digests, Jira tickets, and emailed monthly CFO reports are on the roadmap—not required to get value from scans, verification, and in-app savings today.
